We hope that you love your Bimix cleanser, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our replacement and refund terms and contact us so we can help.
Bimix Beauty are happy to offer a 12 month warranty on all purchases. If your product is faulty, please follow the following instructions regarding replacement.
- Please take a clear video of the defect
- Email your video to email@example.com with a description of the defect
- Once approved, Bimix Beauty will advise of your replacement
- A replacement will be processed once we have received the defective product
Please note, we do not provide a replacement for products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
Warranty applications must be submitted within 12 months from the date ordered.
Applications that do not match these criteria will not be approved for replacement.
Bimix Beauty are happy to offer refunds within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of date of delivery with a video of your product (if defective) and a description of the reason for requesting a refund.
Please note, refunds are not provided due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or changes in mind).
We will not provide a refund for a request that is received by Bimix Beauty more than 30 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your product is returned to us. The customer is free to choose whatever method of shipping is most economical. Please include your name and order number on the package to prevent delays.
Depending on the service and country you're returning your item(s) with, it can take up to 21 business days to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
